Promotions, Vouchers & Referral Terms

These terms cover the offers and rewards in MSuper other than M Coins. They are part of our Terms of Service. "We" means META TECH CO., LTD., which runs MSuper. An offer may also have its own conditions, shown with it in the app; if they differ from these terms, the offer's own conditions apply to that offer. Offers from partner shops are covered by the M Partners Terms.

1. Offers on M Mart products

Offers are discounts that apply automatically, with no code. They include:

• Buy X, get Y free — for example 1+1;
• percentage off, up to a maximum discount;
• spend and save — a set amount off when you spend over a minimum;
• bundle price — a set price for a group of products.

How they work:

• Offers apply to M Mart orders placed in the app, unless an offer says otherwise. They do not apply to purchases at the till.
• Each offer shows its conditions in the app: which products, the minimum spend, the dates, the times of day, and any limits. Times are Phnom Penh time and are checked at the moment you place your order.
• "First order only" means the offer is for customers who have never placed an order in MSuper, other than orders that were cancelled.
• An offer may be limited per order, per customer, or in total. When the total runs out, the offer shows as "Fully claimed".
• Several discount offers can apply to the same order, but together they never take the total below zero. For each product, only the single best "Buy X, get Y" offer applies. You can switch an offer off for your order in the Offers sheet.
• Free items from a "Buy X, get Y" offer are handed over with the order that earns them.
• The number of free items the app shows before you order is an estimate. Limits can reduce it; your order confirmation shows what you actually get.
• We may change or end an offer at any time. If that changes your total while you are checking out, the app shows you the new total before you confirm.
• If an order is cancelled, you get back what you paid, but an offer limited to one use per customer counts as used.

2. Promo codes

• Enter a promo code at checkout for M Mart orders. It does not work at the till.
• You can use one promo code per order. It applies after the automatic offers.
• Each code has its own conditions: dates, a minimum order, a maximum discount, and a total number of uses. When a code runs out, it stops working.
• WELCOME gives $1 off your first M Mart order in the app, from 28 October 2026 to 31 January 2027, Phnom Penh time. If your order comes to less than $1, it is free. It works once, on your first order.
• A code's minimum order is checked on the price of your items before any discount.
• A code is used up when you place the order. If the order is cancelled, the use is not given back.
• Promo codes have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or M Giftcard value, or replaced if lost.

3. Inviting friends

• Share your invite code from Invite friends in the app. When someone new to MSuper adds your code and makes their first purchase — an M Mart order they collect, or a bill they pay with MSuper at an M Mart till — you each receive the M Coins shown on the Invite screen.
• Your friend adds the code when they sign up (tap "Have an invite code?"), or later under Invite friends, as long as they have not bought anything yet.
• You receive M Coins for up to 10 friends each calendar month (Phnom Penh time). Friends who join after that still receive their M Coins; you receive none for them.
• Each new account can be referred once. You cannot refer yourself or an account you control. A friend who signs in to MSuper on a phone you also use does not earn either of you M Coins.
• Referral M Coins follow the M Coins Rewards Terms, including expiry.
• If the programme is paused, referrals wait and are paid when it resumes. We may change the rewards or end the programme at any time; referrals already completed are still paid.
• We may cancel a referral, and take back its rewards, if it breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy — for example fake accounts or phone numbers you control.

4. Your birthday

If your date of birth is in your profile, we send you a message on your birthday. Any birthday offer we include is described in that message, with its own conditions. You can turn birthday messages off by turning off offers in Profile → Notifications.

5. Rules for every offer

• Offers, codes and rewards are for one person with one account, for personal use.
• Some offers are chosen for you based on what you buy. Those offers are personal to you and cannot be shared or passed on.
• They have no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged, unless we say otherwise.
• We may refuse, cancel or take back a discount, free item or reward obtained by breaking these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or because of an obvious mistake in an offer.
• Changing or ending an offer does not affect an order you have already placed.
