M Partners Terms

These terms apply to M Partners in the MSuper app. They are part of our Terms of Service. "We" means META TECH CO., LTD., which runs MSuper.

1. What M Partners is

• M Partners is a list and a map of shops, restaurants and other businesses that work with us ("partners"), and the offers they give MSuper customers.
• Partners are separate businesses. They are not run by us, unless the app shows a store as an M Mart store.
• For each partner the app shows its offer, its branches, their opening hours and how far they are from you.

2. Getting a partner's offer

• The offer is given by the partner, in its own shop, under its own conditions. Before you order or pay, tell the staff you are an MSuper customer and ask how to get the offer. They may ask to see the MSuper app on your phone.
• A branch marked Coming soon is not open yet and does not give the offer.
• Opening hours and offers come from the partner. We try to keep them up to date, but a partner can change or end its offer, or its hours, without telling us first. The partner's own price list and conditions in its shop are the ones that apply.
• A partner may refuse the offer if its conditions are not met, for example outside its opening hours or on items it excludes.

3. What M Partners is not

• You buy from the partner, not from us. The partner is responsible for its goods and services, its prices and its offer.
• You cannot pay a partner with M Giftcard. M Giftcard can only be used at M Mart (see the M Giftcard Terms).
• You do not earn M Coins at partner shops.
• Partner offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold or passed on.

4. Your location

If you allow location, the app uses it on your phone to show partners near you and how far away they are. It does not send your location to us for this. Directions open in your phone's maps app.

5. Problems with a partner

If something goes wrong at a partner's shop, please raise it with the partner first. You can also tell us at +855 92 777 113 or info@mteckh.com: we will pass it on, and we may remove a partner that does not honour its offer. We are not responsible for a partner's goods, services or conduct, but this does not affect any right you have against the partner under Cambodian consumer-protection law.

6. Businesses that want to join

A business that wants to become a partner can tap Become a partner in M Partners and contact us. Partners join under a separate agreement with us.
