Delete your MSuper account
You can delete your MSuper account at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your information and your M Giftcard when you do.
How to delete your account
- Open the MSuper app and go to Profile, then your account details.
- Tap Delete my account.
- The app shows anything you need to settle first and what you will lose.
- Confirm with your M Giftcard PIN.
Can’t use the app?
If you lost your phone or cannot sign in, contact us from the phone number or e-mail on your account. We check it is really you before we delete anything.
What has to be settled first
- A balance on your M Giftcard. Spend it first: a gift card balance cannot be cashed out or sent to another person.
- An order on the go. Collect it, or cancel it if it can still be cancelled.
- An M Giftcard purchase still being confirmed. Wait a few minutes and try again.
30 days to change your mind
- When you confirm, every phone signed in to your account is signed out and notifications stop.
- Your account is deleted 30 days later. Sign back in before then and choose to keep it, and everything is restored.
- After 30 days the deletion cannot be undone.
What we delete
- Your name, phone number, e-mail address, date of birth, address and profile photo.
- Your passkeys and signed-in devices, saved addresses and notification tokens.
- Your referral code and marketing preferences.
- Your M Coins, rewards, vouchers and favourites.
What we keep
- Orders, payments and M Giftcard purchases, without your name or contact details, because accounting and tax law require it.
- Counts of which offers and banners were shown and tapped, with your identity removed.
